These terms and conditions of sale can be modified or updated at any time without prior notification. Any purchase made on the website after the modifications or amendments of these terms and conditions of sale implies the acceptance of such modifications or amendments by the customer. It is therefore recommended that the customer consults the terms and conditions regularly or each time he/she places an order on the website.

The description of the products is made in accordance with the applicable law. The pictures are for illustrative purposes and the packaging and products delivered may therefore have slight variation from the products published online on www.albert-albert.com.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to the sales and offers issued by the website at the time the order is placed by a customer. These terms and conditions apply whether you consult the website in Belgium or abroad. These terms and conditions of sale prevail on any other terms and conditions that would not be explicitly approved by Albert&Albert.

Placing an Order

Orders can only be placed through www.albert-albert.com or one of our official retailers found on our website. For wholesale purchases, please send an e-mail containing your contact details to info@albert-albert.com.

A purchase is confirmed from the moment that the terms of service and shipping conditions have been accepted, together with the prices and the description of the offer. Should you have any questions concerning the process or purchase order, you can contact us through client service info@albert-albert.com.

Payment

MSRP’s are the current prices published on our website. All prices and quotations published on the website are VAT inclusive at the applicable rate with the exception of intra-community shipments to holders of a valid VAT number. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you again at the time of ordering.

Shipment costs are shown at check-out prior to confirming your purchase. In case your country is not yet listed, please contact our customer service info@albert-albert.com to receive your shipping quote.

Payments on the website are made through our payment provider only. An order on the website can be made by following the steps as provided in the web shop. When the products are ordered the customer receives a summary of his/her order. Upon confirmation of the order, payment in cash is requested. The payment means the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

After the acceptance of payment, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this e-mail please contact support@albert-albert.com so that we may provide you with your confirmation mail.

The sale of the products on the website is reserved for customers in the European Union. If you’re located outside of the European Union and would like to place an order please contact support@albert-albert.com or use our form on the contact page providing your details in order to receive your offer.

In case of delivery outside the European Union, custom fees and taxes may apply but, if applicable, the customer will be informed prior to purchase and details will always be provided clearly on the invoice.

Delivery

We have chosen UPS and DHL as our shipping partners to deliver your purchases within the EU. Shipping rates are fixed per destination and can be selected upon order confirmation (before payment) by entering shipping destination. Should your destination not be listed yet, contact our customer service info@albert-albert.com and we will provide your quote as soon as possible.

We aim to deliver all shipped orders within 5 working days within benelux and within 10 days for all other destinations. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as reference and will commence from the date of dispatch. As most products are made to order, a production time of 5 to 6 weeks before dispatch should also be taken into account if the item is not in stock. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs, clearance processes or unforeseen circumstances. The non-compliance with such estimated delivery times will not result in any form of damages due to the customer.

When an order is dispatched, a separate mail containing tracking number will be sent to the customer. It is recommended to keep both e-mails in case needed during shipping.

Returns

If you are living in the European Union under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order, without penalty and without specifying reason, provided you give us written notice within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). To exercise this right the customer has to inform us by a clear written statement (through courier or e-mail) the he or she wishes to revoke the agreement. After these 14 days have passed, the order is permanently accepted and delivered.

In case you bought your item on www.albert-albert.com, the client can ship the item back within 14 calendar days to the address Harold A. Baltodano, Van Schoonbekestraat 10, 2018 Antwerpen-BE. The undamaged and unused product has to be packaged in its original undamaged packaging together with the return-form (supplied to you after receiving prior mail).

Return shipments within Belgium are free of cost with the supplied label by us. Instructions to obtain this label will be supplied by us. For all countries outside Belgium, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is undamaged and still in its original packaging. In case your return is accepted, the due payment will be made through the payment method used by the customer. Please keep in mind the completion of refunds may take longer than usual, depending on your bank or card issuer.
